These terms are a product placeholder for the signup workflow and should be reviewed and replaced with finalized business/legal terms before public signup is enabled.

Account use

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.

Free trial

The current product offer is a 14-day full-feature trial that begins after email verification. Trial workspaces are limited to 100 live prospect/contact records and 10 live company records. Reaching a workspace limit blocks creation of additional live records but does not remove existing trial data or otherwise disable normal trial features.

Subscription access

After the trial, continued prospecting access requires an active subscription. Current display pricing is $29 per month or $290 per year; final billing, cancellation, renewal, tax, refund, and price-change terms should match the finalized launch offer and Stripe configuration.

Customer data

Prospect and company information entered into Freight Prospector remains associated with the subscriber workspace. Final retention, deletion, export, and support terms should be documented before launch.
